Let us tell you who’s who …
Rick Dearden
Company Director, Rick, joined Kool It Services as an apprentice in 1994.
As a fully qualified engineer, he has significant hands on experience in the servicing, maintenance, and installation of all kinds of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, making him ideally placed to provide an engineer’s perspective on any kind of job.
Rick will normally oversee all aspects of the procurement process, right from the initial site survey, through to design and installation.
Our Engineers
All of our installation, maintenance, and servicing work is carried out by our fully qualified and experienced air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump system engineers.
All of our engineers hold City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 certificates, meaning they are legally entitled to safely work on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems, in line with the 2009 F-Gas and ODS Regulations.
Support Team
Our friendly and knowledgeable support staff are on hand to advise on all aspects of our heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration solutions, from small domestic air conditioning units to extensive commercial HVAC installations.
