The owners of the Campanile Hotel in Salford, Manchester, wanted a quiet and discreet air conditioning system to provide a comfortable temperature all year round in their 80 seat restaurant area.

Installation
We installed four Mitsubishi Heavy Industries FDT Series inverter 4 way blow cassette systems in the hotel’s restaurant and reception areas.
The units were coupled up to three inverter outdoor units, and mains electrical power was installed with full certification to National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) standards.
Unit benefits
The use of inverter driven condensing units ensured optimum energy efficiency for this customer as the inverters automatically vary their output depending on the room conditions and as the restaurant’s occupancy levels varied during the day.
Relocation of an existing condensing unit enabled the external wall space to be used more efficiently.
